Galassi Maria – Azienda agricola biologica

Galassi Maria operates in Cesena as a certified organic estate, where four generations of family stewardship have shaped its viticulture. The farm transitioned to biological methods in 1994, formalizing its commitment through C.C.P.B. certification from 1997 onwards. The producer focuses on Romagna's indigenous varieties—Sangiovese and Rebola among them—channeling grapes into Romagna Albana DOCG wines. Fermentation decisions rest with Francesco Bordini, the estate's consulting enologist, who guides production from harvest through bottling across the full spectrum of white and passito styles.
