Galiardi farms 30 hectares of certified organic olives and 13 of vines across the Montefeltro hills, where hand-harvested fruit meets cold-pressing to deliver Cartoceto DOP—a green, equilibrated extra virgin oil from native varieties. Clay and sandy soils yield native and international grapes for DOC and IGT wines shaped by manual harvest and artisanal handling. Beyond the core oils and wines, family recipes transform seasonally picked produce into jams, vegetables in oil, and pickles—all preservative-free.
