The house works with Durella—the signature variety—alongside Garganega, Pinot bianco, Chardonnay, and Pinot nero. Lessini Durello focuses on spumante expression, requiring minimum 11.0% alcohol, while Monti Lessini spans still whites, focused durello, and passito styles from 9.5% upward. Tessari's output reflects the dual DOC identity of this limestone-rich territory.
