The producer works with Friuli DOC's full spectrum: Pinot grigio, Friulano, and Sauvignon alongside Riesling, Traminer aromatico, and the indigenous Ribolla gialla. Each varietal expresses the region's mineral precision and crisp acidity, whether unified alone or blended. The winery also crafts rosso and spumante expressions, anchoring itself in the diversity that defines this 156-municipality zone.
