Giovanni Almondo works from Montà in the heart of Roero, where his family's registry presence stretches back to the 14th century. The estate focuses on the whites that define this zone—Arneis grown in Località Vittori, where vineyard work mirrors centuries of agricultural tradition. Each bottle carries the house signature: expansive perfume, delicate floral notes, and the mineral spine that Roero's soils deliver. The DOCG minimum of 20 months aging allows these wines to develop their distinctive character.
