Girelli Fabio operates in Desenzano del Garda, at the heart of Lugana's five-municipality zone on Lake Garda's southern shore. The producer focuses on Turbiana—the local expression of Trebbiano—crafting whites across the DOC's three official styles: the fresh standard bottling, the structured Superiore, and the age-worthy Riserva. Each carries the minimum 11% alcohol that defines the appellation's crisp, mineral character.
