Girolamo Conforti

Girolamo Conforti emerged in 2014 when eleven growers across Franciacorta's nine municipalities joined forces to produce their own sparkling wines rather than sell grapes alone. The cooperative manages roughly 30 hectares planted mainly with Chardonnay and Pinot nero, cultivated using traditional training systems at 5,000 vines per hectare. Their spumanti and rosé comply with Franciacorta DOCG's 18-month aging minimum and alcohol floor, each blend calibrated for distinctive mineral character and structure.
