Gli Allori

Since 1919, Gli Allori has tended its hillside vineyards in Collalbrigo, where centennial laurel trees stand as silent witnesses to generations of winemaking. Three cousins—Giacomo, Giulio, and Matilde—now guide the estate, balancing tradition with innovation while honoring the landscape. Their annual selection celebrates Prosecco Superiore DOCG from the Glera, Verdiso, and local heritage varieties that thrive across these sun-exposed slopes. The women pioneers of the family inspired the benchmark release "Le Tose," a symbol of continuity woven through each vintage.
