Gradis'ciutta works within the Collio Goriziano DOC, where limestone and marl soils define the whites of northeastern Italy's most scrutinized zone. The producer harnesses the region's spectrum of permitted varieties—from Ribolla gialla and Friulano to aromatic Traminer—to craft wines at or above the 11.5% alcohol threshold. Focused expression rather than breadth characterizes the approach: each vintage captures the terroir's mineral precision across whites, reds, and aged riserva selections.
