Grappi Luchino in Pienza works across both soil and cellar. This organic Tuscan farm produces Orcia DOC wines—Sangiovese-led reds, rosati, and riservas—alongside grains, legumes, and stone-milled flours. By controlling the entire chain from cultivation to bottling, the estate preserves heritage varieties while maintaining strict sustainability. Their stone-milled process keeps the grain germ intact, retaining B vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that industrial refining destroys. The winery welcomes visitors for tastings.
