Grotta delle Janare works within the Aglianico del Taburno DOCG, a thirteen-municipality zone in Benevento where volcanic soils and altitude shape the region's signature dark reds and rosés. The producer focuses on Aglianico and complementary black grape varieties suited to Campania's terroir, aging wines for a minimum of twenty-four months to develop complexity and structure. Each bottle carries the discipline of a protected denomination built on measurable time and place.
