Since 1963, Gruppo CEVICO has united over 990 farming families across the Colli Bolognesi heartland, translating cooperative values into sustainable action across the entire supply chain. From the Ravenna plain to the sandy soils of the Po Delta, the group cultivates indigenous varieties in territories where vines have thrived for millennia. Their Pignoletto DOCG—crafted from Grechetto gentile and white varieties—emerges in bianco, frizzante and spumante styles, each expression rooted in environmental stewardship and the collective expertise of its member growers.
