Their underground winery, designed using bio-architecture principles, houses both production facilities and a wine museum tracing the region's history. They craft Bolgheri and Bolgheri Sassicaia expressions from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, balancing contemporary technique with the territory's ancient character.
