Gulfi commands the Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG from Chiaramonte Gulfi, where the volcanic soils of Ragusa yield wines of mineral precision. The producer crafts rosso wines from the region's dual heritage—Nero d'Avola's dark fruit and structure fused with Frappato's aromatic snap—aged eight months minimum to settle the blend's tension into harmony. Each vintage reflects the southeastern Sicily terroir that made this appellation Sicily's first DOCG.
