Gurrieri operates in Comiso, at the heart of the Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG zone that sprawls across 14 southeastern Sicilian municipalities. Here, the producer crafts reds from Nero d'Avola and Frappato—the region's signature pairing—aged a minimum of eight months to develop the structure and complexity that define this challenging terroir. With alcohol spanning 12.5% and above, each release emerges from limestone and clay soils where Mediterranean heat tempers into nuanced fruit expression.
