At twelve hectares on San Floriano's marl hills, Humar tends vineyards worked by family ancestors since the late 1800s. The estate captures Collio's distinct terroir—where Alpine winds meet maritime breezes—across white varietals including Pinot bianco, Ribolla gialla, and Friulano, plus structured reds. The small family cantina produces Collio Goriziano DOC wines in white, red, and riserva styles, each reflecting the microclimate diversity embedded in their slopes.
