I Greppi operates from Castagneto Carducci in the Bolgheri zone, where volcanic-rich soils and coastal Tuscan winds define the terroir. The producer crafts both Bolgheri DOC whites—including crisp Vermentino and Sauvignon—alongside complex reds anchored by Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Visitors can taste directly at the estate, experiencing how this microclimate shapes wines ranging from approachable to structured, all carrying the signature minerality of Livorno's Gulf coast.
