L'Antica Quercia produces Prosecco across the fifteen municipalities of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, drawing from the DOCG's distinctive grape varieties: Glera forms the backbone, while Verdiso, Bianchetta trevigiana, Perera and Glera lunga add complexity. Their portfolio spans still whites through to fully sparkling expressions, each bottling meeting the region's rigorous 10.5% minimum alcohol standard.
