La Collina

La Collina has crafted Chianti Classico DOCG since the late 1960s in San Casciano in Val di Pesa, anchoring its identity to Sangiovese and the Black Rooster appellation. Beyond its core rosso, the estate produces Vin Santo del Chianti Classico DOC, white IGT, grappa, brandy, and olive oil. Visitors descend into the cantina to taste wines made entirely from estate fruit, vinified by hand according to generational protocols. Open for tastings and visits, La Collina invites discovery of both Chianti's heritage and its own winemaking lineage.
