LA MESMA began in 2001 when three sisters—Paola, Francesca, and Anna—answered their mother's call to plant vines at Monterotondo, a prestigious cru within Gavi DOCG. Today, they cultivate 25 hectares of Cortese across two communes, with 15 planted in Monterotondo itself and 10 in Tassarolo. The estate operates as certified organic, balancing precision viticulture with respect for woodland areas. Their focus remains singular: crafting Gavi in all its expressions—still, frizzante, and spumante—from the variety that defines the zone.
