La Togata sits in Sant'Angelo in Colle, a medieval hamlet within the Val d'Orcia landscape, eight kilometres from Montalcino's Brunello heartland. Since its first vintage in 1990, the winery has preserved each bottle in its family caveau, treating wine as the core of its identity. Visitors descend into working cellars before gathering on a tasting room balcony overlooking the Tuscan slopes. Here, Sangiovese, Trebbiano Toscano and Canaiolo Nero come alive across white, rosé and red expressions, paired with local dishes that anchor the experience to ground.
