Born from the 1963 union of family farms around Rosà, La Tradizione channels six decades of cooperative expertise into Asparago Bianco di Bassano DOP. Its 35 certified members harvest the prized white asparagus of local ecotype, binding each kilogram-plus bundle by hand with willow ties.
