La Vrille

Hervé has guided La Vrille for over two decades, grounding his craft in the vineyard. He reserves careful, measured attention to each vine—avoiding unnecessary treatments—to arrive at harvest with healthy, mature fruit. Once in the cellar, he lets nature complete its work. From Verrayes, he produces Valle d'Aosta's whites, reds, and rosés, with special focus on the complex Chambave Muscat Flétri: a wine of peach, apricot, honey and citrus, where every element finds perfect balance.
