LABBATE Ettore

Ettore Labbate works in Salento's sprawling Terra d'Otranto DOP zone, where 96 municipalities supply olives to this producer. His extra virgin olive oil reflects the limestone-rich terrain and the Ogliarola variety's mineral character—each bottle carries the signature green notes of cardoon and artichoke, with hints of chicory that linger on the palate. This is oil that tastes of specific soil and cultivar, not marketing.
