Latteria Sociale di Coderno traces its roots to 1889, evolving from a cooperative into a cornerstone of Friuli's dairy heritage. The dairy's commitment centers on Montasio DOP, the region's flagship cheese, crafted from milk supplied exclusively by member farmers—a zero-kilometer sourcing model that ensures traceability and consistency. Today, the cooperative operates nearly fifty employees across thirteen retail points throughout Friuli, delivering authentic regional products directly to consumers while maintaining the artisanal standards that define DOP designation.
