LE CECCHE works the slopes of Diano d'Alba, where the Langhe's clay and limestone soils have shaped winemaking for generations. The estate focuses on two varietal traditions: Dolcetto from its home zone yields bright, structured reds under the local DOCG, while Nebbiolo from broader Piedmont sources drives their Barbaresco and Barolo—requiring 26 and 38 months' aging respectively. Each release reflects the terroir's mineral character and the discipline required to balance alcohol strength with finesse.
