Le Forche di Dianin Federico e Marcellino operates in Teolo, at the heart of Colli Euganei, where volcanic soils shape Moscato giallo into wines of distinctive aromatic intensity. The estate produces three expressions within the Fior d'Arancio DOCG: a dry white, a spumante, and a passito. Each reflects the peculiar terroir of the Paduan hills, where the yellow Muscat and other white aromatics reach their full olfactory potential at minimum 10.5% alcohol. Their multi-format approach captures how a single grape variety yields radically different results depending on winemaking intent.
