Le Marchesine

Le Marchesine began in 1985 when Giovanni Biatta acquired three hectares in Franciacorta, extending a lineage of winemaking spanning five generations. The family draws from vineyard parcels on the Gussago ridge at 270 metres elevation, crafting spumante and rosato from Chardonnay, Pinot nero, and Pinot bianco. Each bottle respects the discipline of 18 months minimum aging, producing wines that meet Franciacorta DOCG's exacting standards. Visitors to Passirano find a producer committed to translating terroir into glass through measured technique and ancestral method.
