Le Volpere

Le Volpere operates across 12 hectares fragmented into 15 separate vineyard plots on Farra di Soligo's steep terrain, a mosaic designed to capture variability in their Prosecco DOCG wines. As independent vignaioli, the family oversees cultivation through bottling, selecting only the finest expressions of Valdobbiadene. Visitors discover how ridge-side parcels—planted with Glera, Verdiso, and Perera—yield frizzante and spumante across alcohol minimums of 10.5%. The cantina welcomes tastings and bespoke sensory experiences that trace production methods and territorial character.
