Longanesi Daniele

In 1913, Longanesi Antonio purchased his property in Boncellino, near Bagnacavallo, founding a winery that would anchor itself to a single discovery: a wild vine clinging to an oak tree at the edge of his land, once used to lure migratory birds. That rustic plant, prized for its hardiness, became the genesis of Longanesi Daniele's approach to Romagna Albana DOCG. Today, the estate crafts both dry whites and passiti—wines concentrated over 20–40 days—using traditional fermentation that honors the resilience of those original grapes. Visitors are welcomed to taste the continuum of a century's work.
