Roberto Lozza's operation produces Oltrepò Pavese metodo classico, the historic sparkling wines of Lombardy's 41-municipality region. Working with Pinot nero, Chardonnay, and white Pinot varieties, the azienda crafts both dry spumante and rosé expressions through the classical method, each aged a minimum of 15 months on the lees. This extended contact develops the complexity and fine bubbles that define the appellation's reputation for precision-driven sparkle.
