Mancino Vermouth, based in Milano, represents a contemporary take on Italian vermouth craft. Founded by Giancarlo Mancino, a world-renowned bartender and entrepreneur, the house debuted its artisanal line at Berlin's Bar Convent in 2012 to immediate acclaim. Each expression blends approximately forty botanicals and herbs with premium Italian wines. Production employs terracotta amphorae—a method echoing ancient Greek, Roman, and Caucasian practice—to enable slow, steady micro-oxygenation while minimizing environmental impact. Though marketed internationally, the vermouth is crafted entirely in Italy, marrying historical technique with modern sensibility.
