Barolo requires 38 months of aging and 13% alcohol minimum; Barbaresco half that time but equal intensity. Dolcetto varieties deliver lower alcohol but precise structure. This portfolio mirrors the terroir's geology and microclimates, where Novello's position channels both Ligurian and Alpine influences into Nebbiolo and Dolcetto fruit.
