MARINACCI GIANLUCA

Gianluca Marinacci raises lamb in Castel del Monte, at the heart of the Apennine plateau in Abruzzo. His animals are part of the Agnello del Centro Italia IGP, a protected designation spanning 1403 municipalities across central Italy. The flock moves through pastures of this challenging terrain, beginning on milk and transitioning to mountain grazing—a transition that defines the meat's lean profile and regional character. Marinacci's production joins a livestock tradition rooted in these high-altitude grasslands.
