Martinelli Gabriele operates in the northeastern Verona province, where volcanic soils and Alpine influences shape two distinct DOCG expressions. The producer crafts Soave Superiore—a dry white of Garganega and complementary white varieties—and Recioto di Soave, a complex passito that concentrates Garganega's mineral character through selective harvest and drying. Both reach minimum 12% alcohol, anchoring the house's focus on precision viticulture across the twelve-municipality Soave terroir.
