Masot produces Prosecco in Conegliano Valdobbiadene, where the steep hillsides of this 15-municipality DOCG region shape grapes destined for crisp, elegant wines. Working with Glera and heritage varieties—Verdiso, Bianchetta trevigiana, Perera, and Glera lunga—the producer crafts everything from still whites to spumante, each expression a response to the terroir's particular demands. Minimum 10.5% alcohol underpins wines built on precision rather than weight.
