Mass Bianchet

Mass Bianchet works within the fifteen municipalities of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, where sparse grape clusters on the vine allow extended ripening before harvest. This deliberate rhythm yields frizzante wines with visible yeast—a signature of local tradition—where aromatic intensity and layered flavors emerge from the terroir. The producer crafts Prosecco DOCG across bianco, frizzante, and spumante styles, each built on the region's characteristic varieties: Glera, Verdiso, Bianchetta trevigiana, Perera, and Glera lunga.
