Massimo Rivetti

Massimo Rivetti produces sparkling wines under the Alta Langa DOCG, one of Italy's most exacting designations. Pinot Nero and Chardonnay form the backbone of his craft, complemented by carefully selected non-aromatic varieties permitted in Piedmont. Each wine ages for a minimum of 30 months, building complexity and fine-grained texture. Rivetti's range spans the classic spumante and its salmon-hued rosato counterpart, both reaching at least 11.5% alcohol. His commitment to extended maturation distinguishes these bottles in a region known for methodical precision.
