Merotto crafts Prosecco across the Conegliano Valdobbiadene slopes with meticulous attention to each vintage's rhythm. Drawing on five decades of continuity, the winery pursues a deliberate path: refining agricultural technique and careful vinification to honour the Glera and its complementary varieties. Visitors discover how hand-guided decisions—in vineyard and cellar—shape the distinctive character of their bianco, frizzante, and spumante expressions, each anchored at minimum 10.5% alcohol and sealed with integrity.
