Michele Chiarlo produces Asti DOCG across a 51-municipality zone in Piedmont, drawing on Moscato bianco and select aromatic white varieties. The winery crafts three distinct expressions: still whites, spumante, and spumante metodo classico—each meeting a minimum 11.5% alcohol and one month's aging. Each wine captures the aromatic intensity of the region's signature grapes, from delicate effervescence to structured bottle-fermented complexity.
