MINE WINE

MINE WINE brings decades of sector experience to a focused venture: Gavi DOCG from Tassarolo. The producer channels professional and personal roots into white wine expression across the 11-municipality zone, working with Cortese in its three authorised styles—still, frizzante, and spumante—each meeting minimum 10.5% alcohol. The project articulates the philosophy of a single terroir as its core ambassador, letting the Piedmont territory speak through intentional winemaking choices.
