Mongarda produces Prosecco within the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG, where steep vineyard slopes across 15 municipalities shape the region's distinctive character. The estate works with Glera and heritage varieties—Verdiso, Bianchetta trevigiana, Perera, and Glera lunga—vinifying them into dry and sparkling expressions that reflect the terroir's mineral and floral complexity. Each bottling balances structure with freshness, a philosophy rooted in respecting what the vintage offers.
