Monsupello Eredi di Boatti Carlo crafts Oltrepò Pavese metodo classico across the zone's 41 municipalities, commanding Pinot nero, Chardonnay, Pinot grigio and Pinot bianco into spumante and rosé wines. Fifteen months minimum on the lees define their sparkling expression, where terroir and meticulous cellar work converge. At 11.5% alcohol minimum, each bottling reflects the discipline of classic-method winemaking in one of northern Italy's oldest sparkling regions.
