Montaribaldi works within Roero DOCG, one of Piedmont's most exacting terroirs, where Nebbiolo yields wines of mineral tension and fine-grained tannins. The producer crafts reds, whites, and spumanti across the denomination's 19 municipalities, blending strict regulation—minimum 12.5% alcohol, 20 months' aging—with the flexibility to explore both aromatic and non-aromatic varieties. Each bottle reflects the zone's distinctive sandstone-marl soils and the discipline required to capture Roero's cool-climate character.
