Montelvini cultivates Glera, Verdiso, and four other native varieties across Volpago del Montello, in the heart of Treviso's Prosecco DOCG zone. The winery produces frizzante and spumante expressions—each meeting the appellation's minimum 10.5% alcohol—with a production model that honours traditional vinification alongside contemporary business practices.
