Morelli Liliana works the olive groves of Pianella, in Pescara's rolling countryside, where Aprutino Pescarese DOP extra virgin oil takes on its distinctive character. Her harvests yield oils ranging from vibrant green to pale gold, marked by herbaceous notes and restrained fruitiness—a profile shaped by the terroir of the Aprutino zone's 46 municipalities. Small-scale production here favours precision over volume, capturing the seasonal shifts in flavour that define this protected denomination.
