Nicosia operates in Vittoria, the heart of southeastern Sicily's most celebrated wine zone. The producer specializes in Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG, a rosso that blends Nero d'Avola and Frappato—two indigenous varieties that define the region's volcanic terroir. Aged a minimum of eight months, these wines capture the dry, sun-soaked character of the limestone plateau where 14 municipalities converge. At minimum 12.5% alcohol, Nicosia's expressions balance power with the silky tannins Vittoria is known for.
