Nocciola Amore Mio tends eleven hectares across Cravanzana's hillsides, each plot registered to the Nocciola del Piemonte IGP disciplinary code. The Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts—prized for their compact, easy-peeling form—emerge from hand-worked parcels refined over three generations. Since the postwar years, when founder Nonno Domenico began with modest means and outsized determination, the family has channeled Piedmont's singular terroir into nuts that speak of soil and patience. Today's meticulous harvest rewards that lineage.
