Nugareto

Nugareto works from Sasso Marconi, in the Colli Bolognesi hills of Bologna, where continental altitude and limestone define the character of Pignoletto. The producer stakes its reputation on Grechetto gentile, the variety at the heart of the DOCG, alongside Pinot nero and Pinot grigio vinified in white. From still bianco to frizzante and spumante expressions, Nugareto captures the region's architectural approach to white wine: precision over excess, mineral clarity at 11.5% alcohol minimum, the signature structure of Emilia-Romagna's most prestigious white denomination.
