Obiz produces wines under the Friuli DOC, drawing on the diverse palette of northern Italy's northeastern terroir. From the Friulian hills near Cervignano del Friuli, the winery crafts whites, reds, and sparkling expressions across ten authorised varieties, from the mineral-driven Friulano to the aromatic Traminer. Each bottling reflects the region's continental climate and limestone-rich soils, where precision in the vineyard translates directly to the glass.
